I prioritize clear and consistent communication. I typically use email, video calls, and project management tools to keep you updated on progress and address any questions you may have.
Email:
Email provides a documented record of our conversations, allowing both of us to easily refer back to details, decisions, and important information at any time. This method minimizes potential misunderstandings and helps keep our project on track, ensuring clarity and accountability for all parties involved.
My email response time is almost always same day, whether itโs within minutes or within a few hours, I always aim for fast response times. Worst case scenario, I always aim to keep response times within 24 hours and no more than 48 hours. Anything beyond 48 hours and I encourage a follow-up be made.
If and when certain aspects of email communication need to be discussed further over a video call, that option is always available and encouraged.
WhatsApp:
For the fast-paced nature of any business, WhatsApp supplies the ability to ask questions and get quick answers, send small files, and get approvals rapidly. This helps keep projects moving forward.
WhatsApp response times can be within a few minutes up to a few hours. Itโs rare that messages exceed more than 12-24 hours unless service volumes are high.
Video Call:
Video communication allows for a more personal and interactive experience, enabling us to share visual information like designs, documents, or screen demonstrations in real-time. This promotes greater clarity and understanding, minimizes potential misinterpretations, and fosters a more collaborative environment, ultimately leading to increased productivity and efficiency for both of us.
Visual Collaboration and Project Management:
The tool I use centralizes feedback, speeds up revisions, and keeps everyone on the same page, boosting efficiency and productivity for both me and my clients.
All client submitted tasks fall under a service queue so depending on service volumes, tasks are usually completed within a few short hours and can take as long as 24 hours with an aim to not exceed more than 48 hours.
